Sunray, the first in a pair of delightful 200 year old cottages, is tucked above the stunning tidal Gann Estuary and has the most wonderful views across the Haven waterway. A pathway from the sloping driveway leads through the terraced, lawned garden to this pretty light cottage, comfortably furnished in contemporary and antique pieces, which reflect the relaxing tones of the sea. Double doors in the hall can be opened out to really maximise the view over the water, shared by the spacious kitchen/diner, with its multi fuel stove for those chillier evenings. The cosy lounge has patio doors opening to a paved terrace where you can sip a glass of wine as the sun sinks, soaking up the wonderful vista before you.
Set in this SSSI* area, the birdlife will astound you, spend your days exploring this ever changing tidal landscape, join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and walk round to Dale with its popular Griffin Pub, serving good food, the yacht club with restaurant and water sports hire centre. This sheltered harbour is ideal for water enthusiasts and sailors both novice and experienced alike. The beautiful West Dale beach is within walking distance, while the sandy beaches of Musslewick and Marloes Sands, a couple of miles away, are well worth a visit. Take a trip to Skomer and Skokholm Islands from Martin Haven to see the puffins, a highlight of any holiday.

Sunray is situated on a B-road. It is 400 metres short of the village with its pub and limited shop. There is parking adjacent to the garage which is at the bottom of the garden. The access to the garage is steep. The approach from the garage to house is along a path through the garden, 2 steps up to the terrace. The path is not level. From the road there are 4 steps to the front gate, then 4 long easy steps followed by 9 steps to the terrace by the front door. All steps have a 7 inch riser. There is a patio at the side of the house with garden furniture and a fine view across the estuary and easy access to a small front garden. The bank behind the house is steep and rocky and should not be used. The front door opens into a small hall and there is one step into the house (4 inch riser). The house is then all on one level and consists of 3 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, sitting room, shower room and an ensuite bathroom. The house is centrally heated and has a wood burning stove. There is TV with DVD operated by a remote control.
